Asia Gaming Brief (AGB) has announced that its annual ASEAN Gaming Summit will take place at the Conrad Manila in the Philippines from March 19th to 21st, 2019. This flagship event is expected to be its largest ever, with an estimated 400 delegates in attendance over the three-day period.
The ASEAN Gaming Summit will feature key stakeholders from both the land-based and online gaming sectors. Companies such as Belle Corporation, Caesars Entertainment, Crown Resorts, Melco Resorts, and NagaCorp will be participating from the land-based sector, while Betcris, Ladbrokes Coral, LuckyNiki, MoPlay, and Pinnacle will represent the online sector.
The conference will cover a wide range of topics, including discussions on the latest technology and innovations affecting land-based casinos, regulatory and economic developments across Asia’s key gaming jurisdictions, the wider applications of blockchain in online gaming, and opportunities emerging from the U.S. sports betting market.
Speakers at the event will include famed entrepreneur and investor Jay Walker, Founder of Walker Digital, who will speak about the future of gaming. Additionally, Earle Hall of AXESNetwork, a TED-Talks professional speaker, will discuss how blockchain can be used in land-based casinos.
On the third day of the conference, there will be “closed-door roundtables” catering to the online gaming industry. Key discussions will include topics such as the Online Casino Roadmap, Innovation in Game Design, Asia Licensing, European Licensing Opportunities, the Future of Asia Sports Betting, and Betting on India – a $60 billion opportunity.
The event is also supported by a lineup of key industry suppliers, including eBET, Aristocrat, Asia Live Tech, Betradar, Scientific Games, and Walker Digital.
